FREE Two-Day Shipping
Amazon Prime Overview
Amazon Prime membership will qualify you for FREE Two-Day Shipping on millions of items fulfilled by Amazon.com. This means that items will typically be delivered two days after you order them. However, there are a few factors that may affect the delivery date, including:
- Whether the item is in stock when you order. If we don't have it, we'll get it to you two days after it's back in stock.
- Whether the item is immediately ready to ship.
- When you order: Check the cut-off time shown on the product page. Items are delivered every day but Sunday (see the chart below for details).
We'll let you know on the product page and at checkout when your items are expected to arrive. Here are some details on how the day of your order affects the estimated arrival time:
| Day your order was placed (prior to cut-off time shown) | Expect it to arrive |
Sunday | Wednesday |
Monday | Wednesday |
Tuesday | Thursday |
Wednesday | Friday |
Thursday | Saturday |
Friday | Tuesday |
Saturday | Tuesday |

Using 1-Click as a Prime Member
Amazon Prime members who turn on 1-Click Ordering see a members-only banner at the top of product pages. Most of the time you'll see special buttons for "One-Day 1-Click®—$3.99" and "Two-Day 1-Click®—FREE" that make using your Amazon Prime benefits even easier.
You'll see a third button when another shipping option, such as Saturday Delivery or Local Express Delivery, is available.
To get the most out of Amazon Prime and 1-Click, check your 1-Click settings:
- Turn on 1-Click: members-only shopping buttons will not appear if 1-Click is disabled. You can turn on 1-Click via the 1-Click banner or in Your Account.
- Set up a default address, payment method, and shipping speed: Make sure your preferred shipping address and payment method are set up and marked as your default.
We recommend using "Standard Shipping" as your default shipping setting. For any Prime-eligible items we'll apply FREE Two-Day Shipping automatically when you shop with 1-Click.
If you set Two-Day Shipping as your default setting for all 1-Click orders, we will apply Two-Day Shipping to all 1-Click orders—including those not eligible for Prime—and appropriate shipping charges will apply. - Provide a street address:We cannot ship Two-Day or other expedited shipping to P.O. boxes due to carrier restrictions.
- Check your payment information: You may want to update your default credit card number and expiration date.
If you prefer to use the Shopping Cart instead of 1-Click, place items in your cart and proceed to checkout as usual. The shipping speed will default to FREE Two-Day Shipping for all eligible items. You'll have the opportunity to select a faster shipping speed for each item in your purchase if one is available.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
Expedited shipping, including FREE Two-Day Shipping, may require signatures for orders over $700.
In addition, Amazon.com may ship eligible purchases using either ground or air shipping services as necessary to meet the estimated delivery date. These options do not correspond directly to the way any particular shipper markets its own one- or two-day delivery services.
